    • Collaborate deeply with engineering hiring managers to deeply understand highly specialized technical project requirements.

    • Craft compelling, highly descriptive job advertisements targeted perfectly toward niche technical professionals.

    • Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, Boolean searches, and professional networks to locate passive candidates.

    • Screen applicant profiles rigorously to verify specialized technical certifications, project histories, and structural background fits.

    • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate multi-stage technical panels and executive stakeholder interviews smoothly.

    • Build and manage an active, deep candidate pipeline to fulfill sudden client project vacancies rapidly.

    • Educate prospective engineering candidates on the client’s corporate vision, project scope, and benefits packages.

    • Negotiate intricate contract values, starting salary baselines, and employment terms with prospective engineering hires.

    • Guide chosen engineering candidates step-by-step through the formal onboarding and client-integration process.

    • Maintain absolute data accuracy within internal applicant tracking platforms regarding candidate pipeline statuses.

    • Analyze regional recruitment trends and hiring metrics to continuously optimize candidate conversion rates.

  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of dedicated experience functioning as a technical recruiter inside agency or corporate environments.

    • Deep mastery over engineering sectors including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial hardware markets.

    • Expert proficiency using advanced recruiting systems like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    • Exceptional interpersonal negotiation, corporate communication, and high-stakes candidate relationship management.

    • Strong ability to evaluate complex resumes and distinguish genuine tech talent fields from surface-level keyword listings.

    • Proven self-starter capable of managing multiple engineering job priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines.
