    • Partner directly with client technology leaders to break down complex architectural requirements into hiring goals.

    • Source passive technical talent creatively through diverse channels including tech communities, hackathons, and repositories.

    • Conduct extensive initial screenings to accurately evaluate candidates’ coding fundamentals, design patterns, and soft skills.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within internal ATS tools, tracking every touchpoint transparently.

    • Serve as the dedicated corporate ambassador to ensure an informative, supportive candidate interview experience.

    • Formulate competitive, highly optimized offer packages tailored to balance candidate expectations with budget constraints.

    • Manage detailed background checks, reference verifications, and formal employment document collections.

    • Align candidate technical preferences with long-term internal project roadmaps for maximized employee retention.

    • Coordinate closely with internal HR teams to ensure a seamless, warm transition during employee onboarding.

    • Attend technology networking mixers and university placement drives to strengthen brand presence.

    • Provide comprehensive, data-driven weekly talent acquisition progress reports to executive leadership.

  • Requirements

    • 2+ years of professional full-cycle recruitment experience centered strictly within the information technology vertical.

    • Extensive experience scouting software engineers, DevOps specialists, cloud architects, and quality assurance leads.
