Account Manager – Staff Augmentation Services

    • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients looking to scale their teams temporarily or permanently.

    • Assess client team-extension needs and bridge gaps using our bench and active talent pools.

    • Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth resource integration into external workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and expand deep, long-term commercial relationships with assigned enterprise IT corporate client accounts.

    • Conduct strategic workforce evaluations with clients to identify resource deficiencies in their engineering teams.

    • Translate client staff augmentation requests into definitive technical criteria profiles for internal sourcing teams.

    • Coordinate candidate selection reviews to present perfectly matched engineering profiles to the client.

    • Manage client contract creations, statement of work (SOW) documents, and service fee terms accurately.

    • Onboard extended contract resources smoothly into the active workplace cultures of external client teams.

    • Conduct routine check-ins with client managers to monitor the productivity and success of deployed talent.

    • Address and resolve candidate performance disputes or communication friction points quickly and professionally.

    • Track contract expiration timelines actively to pitch proactive renewal extensions or replacement options.

    • Maximize account value by mapping internal bench capabilities against clients’ emerging technical project pipelines.

    • Collaborate internally with recruitment leaders to optimize resource availability based on upcoming pipeline forecasts.

    • Deliver accurate, structured monthly account financial updates and resource allocation reports to company executives.

  • Requirements

    • 4+ years of proven account management or business development success within the IT staffing or tech services industry.

    • Deep understanding of human resource delivery models including temporary staffing, staff augmentation, and resource consulting.

    • Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value corporate service contracts and extensions.

    • Outstanding verbal communication, conflict resolution expertise, and polished corporate relationship management style.

    • Strong foundational familiarity with software roles, technology stacks, and agile project delivery cycles.

    • Highly data-driven with exceptional organizational skills to manage hundreds of active contracts simultaneously.
