Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
